L & M Compressor is pleased to announce that we have developed a family of Grizzly Compressor Systems for OEM Packagers and Distributors. It’s a vertical design, available in open frame or fully enclosed with compressors from 7.5hp (5.6kW) to 30hp (22.4kW). Cooling and serviceability were top priorities.
The Open Frame Compressor System is the Quietest on the Market. Single phase, 15hp (11kW) to 30hp (22.4kW) models are also offered. It is designed to UL standards.
For the OEM Packagers, it is offered in various configurations from fully functional Compressor Systems to basic Compressor Systems without electronics, motor, pulleys, final separator and auto drain silent collector system.
Distributors now have a fully functional Compressor Systems that is cost competive with features, reliability and serviceability that is unmatched in the industry.

The G525/G530, five stage Air Compressor Pumps were developed to expand the high end of our Breathing Air product line and can be powered by a 30 hp (22.4 kW) motor. The 30 hp (22.4 kW), 6,000 psig (414 bar) version has an output of 32.5 scfm (920 l/min) and has a maximum working pressure of 7,500 psig (517 bar).

L & M Compressor is pleased to announce that we have developed and tested a 4 stage horizontal heat exchanger with the optional direct drive, electric motor and side panels. These new options are available with the CN440, CN450, CN460 and CN475 CNG Compressor Pumps. High efficiency electric motors that meet explosion proof (Class 1, Division 2, Group D) are also available in 40hp (30kW) to 75hp (56kW).

Some of the main advantages are:
· Lower stage pressures
· Lower stage inlet temperatures
· Direct drive is 5% more efficient then drive belts and pulleys
· No drive belts to wear out
· Panels optimize air flow to compressor components and heat exchanger
· Removable panels for better accessibility to components
· Lower noise with panels

L & M Compressor is pleased to announce that we have developed and tested a 4 stage horizontal heat exchanger for the CN440, CN450, CN460 and CN475 CNG Compressor Pumps. These new CNG Compressor Pumps also feature a new stronger crankcase, main rods, connecting rods and bearing housing. The 1st stage valve efficiency has also been improved as well as a new high flow 3rd stage cylinder assembly.

The CN475-5 CNG Compressor Pumps were developed to expand to high end of our CNG product line and is powered by a 75 hp (56kW) motor. With a 14 psig inlet pressure, it has an output of 95 scfm (2,690 l/min). See CNG Compressor product tab for details.

These new Compressor Pumps feature a new high pressure 1st and 2nd stage valves which allow 14 psig inlet pressures. A full line of accessories are available to customize these compressors to meet your requirements.

Long Beach Convention Center, located in Southern California

L & M Compressor will be exhibiting at the NGV Global in Long Beach Convention Center, located in Southern California on May 5-8. Our booth number is 1719 and we are located by the NE corner of the Fieghtliner booth.

We will be displaying two of our are newest CNG compressor pumps, the CN440-5 and the CN525-5. These are high quality, reliable, cost effective solutions for compressing Natural Gas to 5000 psig.
